How do I get to Clubrooms?

North Terminal - After security, follow signs to Airport Lounges. On arrival in the lounges area, take the stairs or lift to level 1, where you will find the Clubroom.

Who can use the lounge?

Any checked-in passengers over the age of 12 years old from any airline, across any ticket class, can use the Clubrooms Lounges.

How long can I stay in the lounge?

You can use the Clubrooms Lounges up to three hours prior to your flight time. However, if you wish to enjoy the lounge earlier than this, you can purchase extra hours on the day.

You can leave and return to the lounge as often as you like during this time, but you must always keep your luggage with you.

Does the lounge have a dress code?

Yes, both North and South No.1 Clubroom Lounges have a smart-casual dress code in place. This ensures all guests can enjoy a premium lounge experience. You may be refused entry if you wear clothing deemed to be unsuitable, including but not limited to:

Do you accept groups in the lounge?

Yes, we accept groups at our London Gatwick Clubrooms, up to a maximum of 8 people per group if you book online. For 9 or more guests in a group, please get in touch to enquire about availability.

If you would like to be seated together in the lounge, please book as a group. Any groups that have been self-assembled from separate bookings will not be seated together.

We also ask that any large groups please be respectful of other guests around and keep noise to a reasonable level.
