How do I get to the No.1 Traveller Lounge
North Terminal - After security, follow the signs to Airport Lounges. Once through the glass double doors, the lounge is directly in front of you.
Who can use the lounge?
We welcome all checked-in passengers to the lounge, regardless of which airline you’re flying with or class of travel. We also accept cardholders from Wexas, IOU, Lounge Club, Priority Pass, Dragonpass and Diners Club.
How long can I stay in the lounge?
Your entry includes use of the lounge for up to three hours prior to your flight departure time. You can, however, purchase additional time in advance or on the day if needed.
You can leave and return to the lounge as often as you like during this time, but you must always keep your luggage with you.
What’s included in my entry price?
Three hours use of the lounge, as well as complimentary food, drinks (excluding Champagne), unlimited Wi-Fi and reading material.
Does the lounge have a dress code?
We ask all of our guests to wear smart-casual clothing. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone wearing clothing which we deem to be unsuitable. This may include themed or fancy dress outfits, clothes with slogans that may cause offense, replica sports kits, clothing that exposes midriffs or upper thighs, or bare shoulders on men. We also ask that guests do not wear tracksuits while in the lounge – we appreciate that people like to travel comfortably and so welcome guests to change when departing the lounge.
This lounge has health and safety measures in place to ensure a safe environment for both our guests and staff.
