How do I get to the Plaza Premium Lounge?
North Terminal - After security, turn left into the main departure lounge, then follow signs to the Lounge Pavilion and take the lift to level four.
Who can use the lounge?
Everyone is welcome, regardless of the airline you are flying with or the class of travel.
How long can I stay in the lounge?
Your lounge entry is valid for three hours. If you would like to stay longer, you can purchase a one hour extension for just £10.
A three hour VIP package is also available for £60 that includes unlimited Champagne and Premium Security.
What’s included in my entry price?
Your lounge entry includes two hours use of the lounge, complimentary buffet food menu, free alcoholic, soft and hot drinks from a fully-tended bar, unlimited WiFi and access to a range of newspapers and magazines.
We are currently running a special promotion meaning all bookings will also benefit from a free glass of Prosecco for each adult (over 18s only).
Does the lounge have a dress code?
The Plaza Premium Lounge dress code is relaxed, but we kindly request you avoid fancy dress, sportswear such as football shirts, tracksuits and caps, as well as clothing containing offensive slogans.
Can I pay to enter the lounge on the day?
We always recommend pre-booking your lounge entry to avoid disappointment.
If you haven't booked, don't worry, you can still pay at the door to enjoy the facilities.
