Important Information
Short Stay Parking
The North and South Terminal multi-storey car parks are open for all customers who are intending to park at Gatwick, or to pick-up / drop-off passengers travelling from either terminal. Our Short Stay car parks are located next to the terminals, providing quick and convenient direct access. There is no maximum stay duration and in addition to advance bookings the Short Stay North and South car parks are open for drive-up customers who are intending to pick-up / drop-off travelling passengers.
Long Stay Parking
The North and South Terminal Long Stay car parks are open for all customers who are intending to park at Gatwick. Our Long Stay car parks are located within the airport campus and are just a free, short bus ride away from the terminals, providing a secure and cost-effective options for passengers.
Valet Parking
Valet Parking is open in North and South Terminal Or Valet parking product offers fantastic convenience, allowing you to drop your car off within the multi-storey car parks and head straight into the terminal. Your car will be waiting for your upon your return.
Safety Measures
Our priority is to ensure that all our passengers and staff at the airport keep healthy and safe. There are some things we would like you to do as you travel through the airport to protect yourselves and your fellow passengers. These are displayed throughout our car parks and terminals:
- Please wear a face covering while travelling through Gatwick
- Wash your hands regularly
- Keep your hands clean on the go by using hand sanitiser
As part of our COVID-19 special measures, the main touch points within the car parks, including Lifts, Trolley bays and Payment machines, are sanitised at regular intervals.
We would encourage our customers to make any payments by credit / debit cards at the exit barriers rather than to queue at payment machines.
Please remember that your airline may be require you to wear a face covering while on your flight. Further details of Covid-19 safety measures are displayed below for each of our car park options.

Flexibility and cancellations
You can make new bookings for Official Gatwick Parking with confidence as our flexible cancellation policy allows you cancel free of charge up to 24 hours prior to travel.
You can also view and amend your booking details quickly and conveniently in Manage Orders.
Please note, if your booking begins with 'LGW-DW', it was made on our old system, meaning some of the functions of the Manage my Booking portal are unavailable. You can still access your booking information and reprint the booking confirmation, but if you need to make changes or cancel for any reason, you will need to call Customer Services on 0330 333 9268. They are open 8am to 6pm, seven days a week.
Lounges, Premium Security and Passport Control
No1 Lounge, Gateway by easyJet and No1, Clubrooms and The Plaza Premium Lounge in the North Terminal are now open. In South Terminal, No1 Lounge is open and available to book.
If your lounge access is provided by your airline or another provider, we advise you to contact your airline or the relevant lounge directly for more information.
Premium Security is now open and available to book in both North and South Terminal. Premium Passport Control remains closed in both terminals but will reopen soon - check back regularly for more information.
