Here at Gatwick Airport we’re constantly working to make it easier for you to prepare for travel. That’s why we’ve launched a new and improved website on which you can book your parking, lounge entry and our premium services.
If you booked your trip using our previous website and you would like to amend the booking for your upcoming journey, the process has changed.
How to amend previous bookings
If you're booking number begins with LGW-DW- or LGW-DWC-, you won’t be able to access your existing booking on our new website. But don’t worry, you can amend or cancel any booking made before 7th September 2020 at no charge by calling Customer Services on 0330 333 9268. They are open 8am to 6pm, seven days a week.
How to amend new bookings
The Manage Orders page of our new website allows you to amend or cancel any booking made after 7th September 2020 at no charge. You can also do this by calling Customer Services on 0330 333 9268*.
*Any new booking or amendment made via Customer Services will have a service charge of £3.00 per booking.
