How Gatwick Airport Valet Parking works
Our Valet Parking is available in both the North and South Terminals and unlike other companies operating out of London Gatwick, you can rest assured that your car will be stored in a secure airport facility whilst you are away. Your keys will also be stored securely, so you can simply focus on enjoying your trip!
Our Valet parking is also a great option when travelling with children. Start off your holiday stress free & simply drop your car off at our Short Stay car parks with one of our valet staff in when you arrive.
Once you've arrived at London Gatwick, follow the signs to the Short Stay car park in North or South Terminal, whichever one your booking is for. Enter and follow the signs to the Valet Parking zones. Drop your car off with one of our fully-insured professional staff members and walk straight on through to check in. Ensure that your vehicle is not left in valet mode and that any PINs are handed to our team. See more info below on the directions section on this page.
It only takes around two minutes to walk to the terminal, simply follow the signs directly to the terminal and you'll be on your way in no time.
Your car will be ready and waiting for you upon your arrival based on the time you provide us on your booking. This is guaranteed, or your next booking will be on us.
Pick up area for official North Terminal Valet Parking: Collection office on Ground Floor of Car Park 6, your car will be located on either the Ground Floor or 1st Floor.
Pick up area for official South Terminal Valet Parking: Collection office on 2nd Floor of Red Car Park, your car will be located on either the 1st or 2nd Floor.
EV charging can be booked for a small fee when you book Valet Parking at either terminal. We can provide a two hour charge duration on our Type 2 (22kW) fast chargers, delivering up to 44kWh. This must be pre-booked when you book your parking. You will need to ensure you have changed your vehicle charging settings so there are no scheduled charge times that might disrupt the service.

From the direction of London or Brighton, exit the M23 at Junction 9 and follow signs on the roundabout for London Gatwick- Go straight ahead at the first roundabout (J9a) following signs for the North Terminal
- At the next roundabout take the first exit signposted North Terminal
- Move to the left hand lane and approach the entrance barriers to the Short Stay car parks which are directly ahead
- Proceed through the barriers and make your way to multi-story Car Park 6, level 2 following signs for Valet Parking

South Terminal, Postcode RH6 0LL
- From the direction of London or Brighton, exit the M23 at junction 9 following signs on the roundabout for London Gatwick
- Use the filter lane and turn left at the first roundabout (J9a) following signs to the South Terminal
- Follow signs to the Short Stay car park
- Move to the right hand lane and approach the entrance barriers to the Short Stay car parks which are directly ahead
- Follow the road signage to Car Park 1, Level 2 where you will find our Valet drop-off area and pull up to the arrival barrier

Shortly before your return we can hand-wash, hand-dry and interior vacuum your car, making for the perfect clean get away.
